LEMI Mentor Training
LEMI mentor training is an immersive, three-day program where participants experience project-based learning firsthand. Through actual simulations, trainers model effective mentoring while participants learn to implement learning environments, mentor skills, and Leadership Education philosophy. This experiential approach helps mentors develop the practical skills needed to facilitate these transformative projects with their own students.

LEMI Mentor Training begins the moment you register. You'll immediately gain access to online resources and communication with your trainer and fellow mentors to start your preparation journey. Prior to the immersive three-day training, guided homework helps you build a strong foundation. After experiencing our transformative in-person training, your growth continues with free webinars, an email accountability program, and ongoing support resources. We're committed to your success as a mentor – before, during, and long after your initial training.
