Join Olivia Votaw for a focused online workshop on Forms —a foundational concept in Leadership Education. Forms are the structures and systems that shape how things work in every area of our lives, from our families and classrooms to our communities and governments. When we learn to recognize the forms around us, we gain the ability to understand why we get the results we do — and how to create better ones.
Over this day and a half, Olivia will guide participants through what forms are, why they matter, and how developing an eye for them can transform the way you mentor, teach, and lead.
This workshop is designed for parents and mentors but apprentice scholars are also invited to attend.
