The Learning Zone Experience: The Heart of Mentoring is a dynamic, three-hour immersion designed to help you experience the principles of Leadership Education—not just hear about them. Through a series of interactive sessions where you choose your path each hour, you’ll step into the environments that bring learning to life and see firsthand how meaningful mentoring happens. Rooted in the ideas from The Learning Zone and Developing a Mentor’s Heart, this experience will help you recognize what your students truly need, understand how to engage them more deeply, and begin mentoring with greater intention, confidence, and heart.
Held on first day of our in-person training on June 18th, 2026, from 8:30 to 11:30 am, this is a perfect experience for people who are not attending our 3-day training.
